  Home Staging  - a variety of packages are available - starting as low as $350.00.
   

  • We stage vacant and occupied properties and our services include partial and full staging packages
  • Consultations Package (the DIY package) designed for homeowners who want to do the physical staging themselves. Includes, but is not limited to, a full evaluation, photos and a written staging report.
  • Premier Staging package - a complete staging and de-staging process for occupied properties. We will include an in depth evaluation, before & after photos, complete staging report and staging maintenance.
  • Metro Staging Packages for the vacant properties, which include staging and de-staging, rental of furniture and rental of accessories and staging maintenance. Rates are based on number of rooms staged.
  • Holiday Staging is our specialty, taking the hassle out of the preparations for the holidays for business owners and professionals. This is a great service, especially for businesses, stores and medical facilities.

  By integrating Feng Shui elements with interior design principles and using the traditional compass method, we offer detailed and practical suggestions for the interior and exterior of your home and will give special attention to furniture and accessories placement so as to provide balance and harmony in your home and office.

• Consultation
  In-home (or office) consultation to identify and evaluate your design dilemma and decorating goal. We can assist with colors, lighting, furniture placement and window coverings. Together we can address any of your design requirements and determine your needs. Working within your budget and at your pace, we work together to create a new look for your home!
   
• Art & Accessories Selection
  This consultation includes the selection of art work, based on scale, color, balance and harmony. We include scaled drawing, assistance in frame selection, and will see to the purchase and delivery of each piece.
